The recording for One Hour Therapy took place at Ben`s own recording studio between March 2006 and September 2007. Many arrangements developed in the progress of recording. Ben or Sean would grab a nearby instrument and just started playing to see what happens...

Therefore, the arrangements are quite unusual with up to eight guitars at the same time, kitchen utensils are used as percussion and Ben`s voice forming various sounds to get an "african style" feeling, which can be heard on Number 2.

One Hour Therapy was mixed and mastered by Ben between September and November 2007 and was (self-) published in December 2007.
